7.5.1 The County Council shall select by instant
runoff voting two gender-balanced Co-Coordinators, who
shall be County Council members and serve for six
month terms. Agenda items for County Council meetings
shall be prioritized and assigned times by the
Co-Coordinators.

7.5.1 The County Council shall select by instant
runoff voting two gender-balanced Co-Coordinators, who
shall be County Council members and serve for six
month terms. No person shall serve as co-coordinator
more than twelve months in any twenty-four month
period (previous time served shall not count against
the persons holding the co-coordinator positions at
the time of the adoption of this amendment). Agenda
items for County Council meetings shall be prioritized
and assigned times by the Co-Coordinators.
